Oasis former star Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are performing to the stunning backdrop of Edinburgh Castle. This highly anticipated gig is expected to see highlighted tracks from their third album Who Built The Moon?, the follow up to the platinum-selling 2015 release Chasing Yesterday.
Bananarama – Friday 20th July 2018 at Edinburgh Castle.
The girl group that defined the ’80s are back to their original, record-breaking line-up! Since their unforgettable last performance as a trio on The Brits in 1988, Keren and Sara continued as Bananarama, releasing records and touring to global audiences. Siobhan went on to have hit singles and albums around the world as part of Shakespears Sister before becoming a solo artist.
Del Amitri – Saturday 21st July 2018 at Edinburgh Castle.
Del Amitri will return for a UK tour which is the celebrated Glaswegian band’s first run of dates since 2014, this is certainly one to catch and worth booking now.
Summer Sessions – 6th-18th August 2018.
Tom Jones, Rag’N’Bone Man, Paloma Faith and Kasabian are the first names to be revealed for the newly announced Edinburgh Summer Sessions, taking place on separate days at Prince Street Gardens in the Scottish capital. The standalone shows will see each headliner joined by a host of very special guests.
Tom Jones – Monday 6th August 2018 at Princes Street Gardens.
The famous Welshman is the first to headline against the backdrop of Edinburgh Castle with hits including What’s New Pussycat?, Sex Bomb and It’s not unusual.
Rag’n’Bone Man – Tuesday 14th August 2018 at Princes Street Gardens.
The English singer and songwriter, known for his deep, bass-baritone voice and headlined Edinburgh’s Hogmanay.
Paloma Faith – Friday 17th August 2018 at Princes Street Gardens.
Paloma Faith is known for her retro and eccentric style and has had her last three albums go double platinum in the UK.
Kasabian – Saturday 18th August 2018 at Princes Street Gardens.
With the new album, For Crying Out Loud, out now Kasabian are sure to rock the capital.
