Are you an avid runner? On a business trip with limited time to see the city? Or want to meet some locals and see our beautiful city from a unique perspective? Then STAY Central has just the answer for you with our weekly Running Club and Urban Gym.

Running Club – every Thursday at 6:30 – 7:30PM.

Our resident trainer leads a casual jog/run that caters for guests of all abilities to key sites around the city. Each week follows a different route, therefore if you are a returning guest you’ll never get bored, so come and join us and take a run by Edinburgh Castle, through the Meadows Park, along the Water of Leith, around St. Andrews Square or wiz past Greyfriars Bobby. Our resident trainer really will help bring the out the best in you and allow you to experience Edinburgh like no other, all topped off with a guided stretch in one of Edinburgh’s bountiful parks, preparing you for any long-haul flight, travel to your next destination or a well-deserved drink!

Urban Gym – every Saturday at 9:30 – 10:30AM

If you like to keep fit even when you’re away, there are plenty of Edinburgh gyms, fitness suites and pools. But at STAY Central we know the gym can get a little lonely, especially if you’re somewhere new. For anyone who prefers a more social workout, come check out our Urban Gym. Lead by our resident trainer you will visit some of Edinburgh’s parks to take part in a unique style of workout that will get the blood flowing, setting you up for the rest of the day.
